My Services

You may call it Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, PCOS, or Cystic Ovaries. Whatever you call it, it can be a difficult issue to cope with.

Having PCOS can be a full-time job – balancing your doctor appointments, treatments and procedures with your boss’ expectations, your team’s revenue goals, or your own sales targets, it can all be very exhausting. Add on battling PCOS medication side effects, trying to control your diet, getting some exercise, and keeping your stress levels down, and it all becomes a huge mountain to climb.

PCOS is a reality that we all have to deal with, and we can’t deny it just because we are at work. You can’t cut out the effect of PCOS when thinking about your job or career goals. If you do, your goals will be based on an incomplete picture of who you are. It will be like a puzzle missing an important piece.
It’s not all doom and gloom though. Despite all the struggles that PCOS brings, you can maintain a high level of performance at work and excel in your career. Many women with PCOS are resilient, brave, determined, and creative problem solvers. These women use what they learn from their PCOS journey to become stronger in their jobs and elevate their careers. I believe in the women who have PCOS and want to help empower their careers.

Scientific and standardised tests are used to measure abilities, personality, motivation, etc. The assessment results provide an objective and standardised view of the person completing the test. It helps to colour in the picture of the person I am working with. My assessment services can be used by individuals or organisations, alike.
Talks
While 1-in-10 women have PCOS, many people have no idea what it means, let alone how it impacts a person at work. Companies can join other thought leaders and create awareness of PCOS through their CSR initiatives. Take care of your female workforce and book a talk today.
Consultation with organisations
